Where we ship
The Netherlands and the European Union.
We do not ship outside the EU yet.
What it costs

Prices on the site include 21% Dutch VAT. There are no customs charges or import duties inside the EU, so the price you pay at checkout is the price you pay in total.
When it arrives
Every piece is made when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which is why we can print in small runs and not throw away unsold stock.
That means two stages:
- Making it: 2–5 working days. Printing, drying, quality check, in Riga or Barcelona.
- Delivery: 5–10 working days across the EU, the Netherlands included.
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves.
Orders placed on a weekend or a Dutch public holiday start on the next working day.
If it is late
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers have bad weeks.
If your parcel has not arrived 10 working days after you got the tracking link, email us at info@thepaddledog.nl with your order number and we will chase it. If it is genuinely lost we send a replacement or refund you in full. You do not have to argue with the carrier yourself.
Wrong address
We send to the address you type at checkout. Check it before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we refund the order minus the delivery cost we already paid.
If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. If it has not gone to print yet we can usually fix it.
