The chapters
Same shield. Same ribbon. A different dog every time. The club has apparently always had a branch in each of them.

Chapter one
A Kooikerhondje who lives on the Prinsengracht, was bred to lure ducks, has never lured one, and is spoken about with more respect than the committee.

A Saint Bernard who carries the barrel everywhere and has never once performed a rescue. The members consider this beside the point.

An Italian greyhound who takes the first coffee of the day standing up, like everyone else, and the second one sitting down, unlike everyone else.
