Shipping
Free over €75, anywhere in the EU. Below that, €4.95 in the Netherlands and €6.95 to the rest of the EU.
Orders are printed to order, so allow two to five working days to print before the parcel moves. Delivery then takes five to ten working days anywhere in the EU, the Netherlands included. Those are the same figures as our shipping policy, because they come from the same place.
We ship EU-wide. We do not ship outside the EU.
Returns
Fourteen days from the day the parcel arrives, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The garment has to be unworn and unwashed.
You pay return postage. We are a small operation and absorbing returns both ways is not something we can do honestly at these prices.
Email info@thepaddledog.nl with your order number before sending anything back and we will tell you where it goes.
Changed your mind after the fourteen days? Up to 30 days after delivery we still take it back, on the same terms, for store credit: a gift card for what you paid, with no expiry.
If we got it wrong
A misprint, a fault or the wrong item is on us, both ways, no argument. Send a photograph and we will replace it.
Exchanges
We do not run exchanges. Return the wrong size and order the right one — it is faster than waiting for us to do it in two steps.
